BISD EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY/MISSION STATEMENT

The mission statement of the District is to provide a quality education for all students, empowering them to function effectively, successfully, and productively in an ever-changing, interdependent world.  The mission is grounded in the belief that all students can learn and can be successful in learning tasks when the teaching and learning experiences are meaningful and appropriate.
